Our company is engaged in the construction and design of Dnipro autonomous houses.  As a rule, Dnipro autonomous houses are practically not connected to utilities.  Dnepr autonomous houses should have a well-designed air conditioning and ventilation system, heating (heat pump), hot water supply, water purification system, composting toilet, container for collecting rainwater and the possibility of installing solar station.
              At the request of our customer, our company was originally designed and then built a two-storey Dnipro autonomous house with a garage on the first floor and an internal balcony on the second floor with a total area of ​​130 m².  The heating system consists of a heat pump (air-water), which allows you to feel comfortably in the winter as well as in the summer, because it also works on cooling as a conditioner.  For hot water supply, a boiler and a special reservoir for collecting rainwater with a reverse osmosis system were installed, so that the customer could then drink this water without any fears.  The composting toilet was made according to all European technologies: metal cubicle, urinal, touch gun and all necessary hygiene products.  The electrical part of this building, at the moment, consists of LED bulbs, lanterns and a variety of sensors.  Also, the customer plans to install off-grid solar station with 5 kW batteries in order to get his dreamed energy independence.
             This house is located in the village of Kirovsky, in a picturesque region, with a very beautiful nature, clean air and a river nearby.
             We have complied with all agreed terms in advance and did not exceed the overall estimation, because we have definate experience.
             According to the energy efficiency index, all autonomous buildings, both in Dnipro and in Ukraine, should relate to class A, which means the highest class of energy efficiency.  Our company designs and builds only Dnipro autonomous houses under the Energy Efficiency Index A, since only by following this class of energy efficiency we will get the most economically feasible building that was built by us and is shown on our site.

Autonomous houses Dnipro
             In this article we will discuss the autonomous houses Dnipro.  An autonomous building is called a house, which is intended for exploitation regardless of electricity network, gas pipeline, water supply systems, sewage treatment systems and communication services.
             Autonomous houses Dnepr have a number of advantages: comfort, reducing the impact on the environment using renewable resources (sun or rain), full or partial autonomy from the network and communications, energy efficiency, efficiency, automation, location in any place.  The disadvantages include: complex maintenance, price and complexity of installation.
            Then we will delve into more details with the filling of the autonomous houses Dnepr.
  Water supply
            Often, water supply systems for autonomous buildings in Ukraine use a rainwater collection system, which is mostly mounted as a special concrete tank under the floor of a building for storing rainwater.  In order to safely drink rain water, you need to install a reverse osmosis system that can create an unlimited amount of clean water from contaminated water, ocean water and even from humid air.
             Also it's used dirty water systems that recycle fused water, to wash the toilets or water the lawns and gardens.  Dirty water systems can reduce the water consumption of most residential buildings by half;  however, they require the purchase of a tumbler, a pressure pump for dirty water and secondary water supply.  They are economically feasible in regions with high rainfall.  Some builders install anhydrous urinals and even toilets for composting, which completely exclude the use of water in sewage.
             And for hot water supply systems, heliocollectors are used.  They convert the energy of solar radiation into heat and then accumulate it in a special battery tank.  For a small house with an area of ​​100-150 m2, the size of solar collectors on the roof will occupy an average of 5 to 10 m2, and the capacity of the storage tank from 200 to 500 liters.  Taking into account that the sun during winter less than in the summer, the heliosystem will cover 100% of the need for hot water from spring to autumn, and in winter it will solve the problem by 50-60%.
  Composting toilets
             Composting toilets use bacteria to spread human feces to useful odorless compost.  The process is sanitary because human soil pathogens, as well as most of the waste mass, are eaten by bacteria in the soil.  To control the smell, modern toilets use a small fan to send the gases to the vent pipe.
  Electricity
             Autonomous houses Dnepr use LED lights and light bulbs, the most diverse smart house sensors, solar panels and wind turbines, meaning that you have a wide range of choices for saving energy.
  Heating
             Autonomous house heating Dnipro includes: 1. An oven with a fan, which moves heated air to various premises of the house through a network of channels.  Can work on gas, fuel oil, and electrical power.  2. Fireplace, the principle of operation relies on the air supplied from the room to the fireplace for burning and dilution.
 3. A heated floor includes floor heating, which arises due to the distribution of hot water by pipes mounted under the floor, which operate from the mains.  4. Boiler, the pipes have a closed loop where the water circulates from the boiler to the batteries and from the batteries to the boiler.  5. Heat pumps, operate at the expense of the power grid on the principle of air conditioner.  6. Radiator batteries instead of baseboard - one of the most advanced types of heating systems.  Works on the principle heating boiler water that goes through a pipeline which is installed along the walls.  The heating is due to convection. 
  Cooling
            To systems of cooling of autonomous houses it is possible to include air conditioners, heat pumps, fans and blinds.
            Perhaps now you will say that an autonomous house is economically not feasible, but after raising tariffs for utilities, you will probably change your outlook.
