       At the request of the customer, our company developed a small suburban energy-saving, warm house with an area of ​​S=80m² with the development of an energy-saving air heating system based on inverter air conditioners.
     This warm home, according to the international classification according to the energy efficiency index, refers to class A, which means the highest energy efficiency class of the building.
     The engineering system of a warm house was realized on the basis of a heat pump type air-air, as a backup gas regimen designed electric convectors.
  This energy-efficient, warm home is an example of energy efficiency in the construction of the sity Dniprо, it is located on the river Sura in the Dnipropetrovsk region.  .
  In addition, for the generation of electricity on the roof of the house in the future, it is planned to install a hybrid solar power plant with a capacity of 5kW, which will fully provide this household with electricity.
  This project is one of the examples of the introduction of energy efficiency in Dnipro in private construction, which will further increase with increasing energy tariffs among people.

Energy storage at the site of its generation is a powerful stabilizing factor for increasing energy efficiency in the Dnieper.


    We are with you in a world where decentralized electricity generation, such as solar panels, is more grounded and viable for the modern community than ever, and is more threatening to all utilities than ever before.

    Today's community is simply eager to use renewable energy and energy saving in its home to boost energy efficiency in its home, thanks to robust technology, stable performance, ever-falling prices, and increasing availability of loans.  Utilities are already afraid to integrate new decentralized energy sources into the existing network, which hinders the development of energy efficiency measures in the Dnipro and other regions of Ukraine.  In turn, ordinary taxpayers who do not have solar panels on the roof are very motivated to install these panels because they fear a further increase in taxes and tariffs.  Energy storage on the site of its generation is a completely new technology and efficient method that brings energy efficiency into Ukraine, and which promises to find a compromise between all sides of this dilemma.

 

The need for the right energy storage technology in place of its generation.

    Companies such as Tesla / SolarCity and Mercedes are already producing and using relatively inexpensive batteries for electric vehicles and knocking on the door to the residential sector.  For homes with zero energy for connecting to a shared network, it is extremely important to keep excessive electricity from sunshine, so that they can then be used at night and in cloudy weather.  The discrepancy between solar generated solar power and solar energy demand, which is needed in peak times, remains an issue.  The energy efficiency and energy saving program at the site of its production offers its solution to this problem.

    While Ukraine is suffering from a lack of high-quality energy-efficient and energy-saving devices, in America, Ilon Mask launches its numerous start-ups, called Powerwall 2, which consists of a built-in inverter that converts direct current from solar panels to alternating current for normal household use, as well as  exports power to the network when it is most needed.  It can be installed behind the electricity meter and easily integrated into the mains.  Unfortunately, such energy efficiency in the Dnipro for its home residents of this city and all other cities of our country can only dream of now.

    Energy saving on the site of power generation allows owners of solar stations to store excess energy for further use, even during temporary shutdown of light from the grid, which is not uncommon in the Dnipro region.  This type of battery can hold 5 to 20 kilowatts of electricity, which is the required range required for daily consumption in a standard private home in Dnipropetrovsk.  At present, these batteries are capable of helping homes with zero energy, even at peak hours, and equalizing the daily volatility of the electricity consumed.

 

  Is energy efficiency in the Dnieper a real challenge for the pure electricity measurement system?

    Most electricity suppliers in Ukraine are reluctant to approve this pure measurement system, which allows consumers who generate part or all of the electricity they need to fully cover their own consumption, to use it whenever they want to, instead of using it only when the sun is in use.  The incredible increase in the number of these systems shows its credibility to climate change, air pollution and national energy security.  When there was a small number of households with solar power stations, this was not a big problem for the network, but now, when such households increased, respectively, and network problems increased.The system is in desperate need for modernization, in order to cope with the peak load and the painless integration of decentralized electricity generation.

 

Benefits for owners of solar panels and electricity suppliers.

       For example, such well-known electricity suppliers in Ukraine as DTEK or Energo X have two options for obtaining the privilege of introducing energy saving on-site generation.  First of all, they will not have to supply electricity to the consumer during peak hours, and secondly, with proper integration and with a fair net measurement system, we will be able to spend the accumulated energy as we entice.  Then, when the need for energy is reduced, the batteries can be recharged from the shared network and the customer will be compensated for the amount of energy he has given to the network.  Accumulation of electricity is a desirable dream for solar collectors because it allows you to align energy generation in peak hours during the day with peak intake in the evening.  Some homes with zero energy consume less energy than generate.  Energy saving and energy efficiency systems in the Dnipro on the site of generation allow the Dnipropetrovsk region to use the accumulated energy to compensate for evening consumption, when the need and the price of energy generation are great.  Whether or not to use the technology of accumulation of energy in the place of generation depends only on us.  With the green tariff, which in Ukraine is one of the highest in the world, it looks quite attractive.

    In some transactions of pure electricity measurement systems (meaning green tariff) there is a fairly large difference between the price at which the owner buys electricity and sells.  For example, when rising electricity prices and decreasing greenhouse gas tariffs every 5 years, it may turn out that the price at which the owner sells the energy produced to the network less than he would buy from electricity suppliers.  Then it will be profitable to accumulate and then consume energy without giving it to the net, automatically increasing the energy efficiency of your household.

Cost per day of the day when you consume electricity

     There is also a third possible scenario called '' the cost of the day when you consume electricity. ''  This can be a day or night counter (common in Ukraine), where the tariff is twice less for a night, or a weekly and weekend counter, or a winter / summer counter.  Adding to this Powerwall 2 battery, which will only work at peak hours, the implementation of such a model could increase the energy efficiency of its home in the Dnieper and save a fairly small amount on electricity payments.

 

Undeniably winning decision

    At the moment, we are still trying to cope with large seasonal fluctuations from sunny days to cloudy ones.  The accumulation and conservation of energy in the place of generation can be very valuable for consumers and suppliers of electricity, since it aligns the demanded supply and energy consumption.  In the future, successful integration into the network will be applied to each zero-energy house in Ukraine, methods for bringing energy efficiency to the Dnieper, Kyiv and all other regions of the state will be enacted at the legislative level.  Integration has been properly implemented, will make the network more efficient and will keep low electricity prices for everyone.  The accumulation and storage of energy at the site of its generation will be commercially profitable for owners of homes with solar collectors, electricity suppliers and taxpayers who do not have solar stations.  This is exactly what a winning decision is needed by every home with zero energy in our country.
