For a permanent residence of a young family, we have developed a project of energy saving private house with an area of ​​S = 200m² with the development of energy-saving heating, air conditioning, hot water supply, solar power station.
  This energy-efficient building according to the international classification according to the energy efficiency index refers to class A, which means the highest class of energy efficiency of the building.
  The engineering system of the house was realized on the basis of a Daikin Alterma air-water heat pump, as a reserve heat gun, the Protherm 6K electric boiler was designed.
  This energy-saving building is located in the city of Podgorodnoe, near the city of Dnipro in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
  In addition, for the generation of electricity on the roof of the house, it is planned to install a 15kW solar power plant that will fully provide this household with electricity, and when connected to the Green Tariff, it will be possible to be a non-energy-dependent building, and to be classified as ZEB (Zero Energy Building) class according to international classification.
  The surplus of produced electric energy in the online mode will be sold to an external power grid at the operation of this energy saving house at the price of the Green Tariff, which operates on the territory of Ukraine, which will allow the owner not only not to pay for energy bills, but even receive additional passive income.

Energy saving in the Dnipro: schools have to buy books and not energy

          The school should provide opportunities.  For school students - the ability to gain the knowledge and skills necessary to become smart, productive members of society.  For teachers and staff, the opportunity to provide their services and receive wages.  For educational areas and community schools, they offer a wide range of opportunities to benefit from energy efficiency, solar energy, and comfort.  In other words, energy-efficient schools are a great opportunity to save money, improve educational outcomes and strengthen community ties.

  Energy saving in the Dnieper for school establishments is saving money

  Electricity costs rank second after wages in many budgets of school establishments in the Dnipro and Dnipropetrovsk regions, and this is one of the few expendable articles that can be reduced.

 If we take comparative characteristics from the US, according to the US Department of Energy, school buildings can save from 65% to 80% of the energy they use.  The American Environmental Protection Agency estimates that schools could save $ 2 billion or 25% of their operational budgets by improving efficiency.  These are the money that energy conservation can use for teachers and books.

 

  Energy saving in the Dnipro for educational institutions - without additional construction costs

  Energy saving in school is a new school paradigm

 The development of energy saving does not stop and it is clear to everyone.  It is necessary that all school establishments of Ukraine follow the given tendencies.  Schools have successfully implemented in their programs the development of programs for buildings with zero energy consumption, which can then be reproduced in other areas.  In fact, energy efficiency and energy saving tendencies in schools in the Dnipro and Ukraine have all possibilities and are gaining momentum all over the country.
