For a permanent residence of a young family, we have developed a project of energy saving private house with an area of S=180m² with the development of energy-saving heating, air conditioning, hot water supply, solar power station.
This energy-efficient building according to the international classification according to the energy efficiency index refers to class A, which means the highest class of energy efficiency of the building.
The engineering system of the house was realized on the basis of a Daikin Alterma air-water heat pump, as a reserve heat gun, the Protherm 6K electric boiler was designed.
This energy-saving building is located in the city of Podgorodnoe, near the city of Dnipro in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
In addition, for the generation of electricity on the roof of the house, it is planned to install a 17kW solar power plant that will fully provide this household with electricity, and when connected to the Green Tariff, it will be possible to be a non-energy-dependent building, and to be classified as ZEB (Zero Energy Building) class according to international classification.
The surplus of produced electric energy in the online mode will be sold to an external power grid at the operation of this energy saving house at the price of the Green Tariff, which operates on the territory of Ukraine, which will allow the owner not only not to pay for energy bills, but even receive additional passive income.
