           In this review, we are going to draw your attention to Dnipro passive house.  However, first briefly, what is passive house.  This is a building that has virtually no public utility bills or very little bills, no CO2 emissions, and is built according to all international standards for the highest level of energy efficiency.
           As you can see, such passive house has one important feature - the placement of solar panels in the area of ​​its entire roof.  But first, at the request of the customer, we carried out the project Dnepr passive house with the possibility of placing the maximum possible power of a solar station of 30 kW.  The customer from the very beginning applied for Dnipro passive house with high-up technologies and a total area of ​​270 m².  When this Dnepr passive house was almost completed, the customer suddenly wanted to install a 30 kW solar power to himself on the roof, and for this we had to completely modify the roof and disassemble 2 chimneys so that they did not give a shadow to the solar station.  Of course, it cost a lot of money to the customer, but at the expense of the green tariff, the payback of such a station will vary from 5 to 7 years, and this is not so much.
           So in the end, what do we have?  We have a two-storey Dnepr passive house, located at the address: Dnipro city, str.  Dezhnev 75a with beautiful views of the Dnipro river and the downtown. This house is made of ceramic bricks of Ukrainian origin, the heating system consists of electric boiler Protherm (Slovakia), the metal-plastic pipes Rehau (Germany) and the warm floor Fenix ​​(Czech Republic).  Windows Steko (Ukraine) are double-glazed and have very good tightness.  Entrance and interior doors are also the trademark of Steko (Ukraine).  Well, the icing on the cake is a rooftop solar power station with 30 kW power, which was installed by SolarDnipro specialists.
            Such Dnepr passive house has class A according to the international energy efficiency index, which means that all devices that are inside and itself house consume very little electricity.

Dnipro passive house
           Today, we will briefly try to tell you the basics of a energy saving home project in Dnipro.  An energy-efficient building can be called any house that consumes very little electricity, there is practically no heat loss and low fees for utility services relative to traditional houses.
           In this article, we will prove to you that the old house can also be called energy-saving.  First, you need to make energy audits to identify the weaknesses in this building, then make  energy saving home project in Dnepr, and then begin to correct the existing heat loss and replace the heating system.
            Since many old buildings in Ukraine have poorly insulated external walls, the radiator loses 40% of its energy for heating the floor and the exterior wall before it only starts to heat the house inside.  So what can we do to dramatically reduce the cost of heating and cooling, improve indoor air quality and increase the energy efficiency of the old historic building and turn it into an energy saving home project in Dnipro?
            We will come to the rescue energy-saving house project in Dnepr, which will ensure the tightness of the interior of the house with insulation and fresh air filters.  Properly executed techniques can significantly reduce or possibly even eliminate the need for a heating system.  Typically, return on investment takes between two and five years.
            The main methods of transforming an old building into energy-saving include: decoration of its various automation devices, sealing of wall joints and window frames, installation of triple windows, and in some buildings under the foundation of the placement of a thick plastic shield.  These methods create a protected barrier that prevents the release of airborne air and enters irritants such as dust, allergens, beetles and mice.
            Energy-saving conception house was developed more than 25 years ago in Germany.  But constructive measures have been modified according to different climatic conditions in different parts of the world.  Over the past few years, the number of requests for energy-saving homes in Dnipro has clearly increased.
            Our company seeks to reduce as much carbon emissions as possible.  And we can confidently state that we have already made a good contribution to the ecology of Dnepr city, and we do not plan to stop there.
            By renovating your old building according to energy standards, you will get a healthier home and your money will remain in your pocket, because you will not, or will not, pay much for your heating bills.  But do not think that it is cheap.  Your energy audit and energy efficiency index A class cost will be at least 10% more expensive due to windows with three double-glazed windows and high-quality sealing.  But in the end you will be satisfied.
            The most difficult point is that it will be very difficult for you to get used to the fact that you do not have to heat your home.  Even in winter it will be so warm that you have to open the windows for ventilation.
